The recipe was a bit different than my usual because it included spelt and oat malt, which I milled mixed in with my regular malt at the regular setting. WebI have to turn in both the 1000 watt and the 500 watt elements. Its on little rocker switches towards the bottom of the kettle. Possibly the grainfather is similar. The brewzilla doesexactly what you describe when im running on just the 1000 watt element. Its also possible its in the grainfather software and you can set a percentage of power?
